Hi
my name is Cheli Cerra and I am “The Principal At Your Fingertips”™.
I have been a teacher, assistant principal and principal in the fourth
largest school district in the nation, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
I am also
a mom. I have just finished writing a book for parents and educators on
“Quality Education”. I have also put together an educational
website, Eduville.com.
I
was the founding principal of a K-8 public school that, under my
direction, received the A+ designation from the State of Florida's
Accountability Program for two consecutive years in a row.
I
would like to share advice, wisdom and tips that I have learned
throughout my 20 year career. Now parents and educators can get advice
from their very own principal. Learn in an easy to understand,
non-threatening way everything you’ve always wanted to find out
straight from an insider. Many parents aren't aware of their children's
educational rights and the resources available to them, and many
educators simply don't have the time or resources to stay on the cutting
edge of academic developments. Here you'll find that information. Join
our community and empower yourself today!

I'm
Nita Jackson.
I have this site not because I have my act all together but because I
desire to! I began my journey eight years ago with an injury from from a
car wreck that was not my fault.
I now have permanent nerve damage in my arm . With not much relief - I
am in pain 24 hours a day so I can no longer work harder so I have to
work smarter!
I gained a passion to get my life in order without it bringing me
physical pain. I'm nearing the 40 something mark! I'm the happily
married wife of 13 years!
I am one of those who are married to their soul mate( I never believed
in the term till I met my honey!)
It's my desire that as you are supported in your "make life
sane" endeavor-that we can all help support each other

ALL ABOUT BABY®
HOW IT ALL STARTED FOR
ONE SMALL BUSINESS
Nancy Wurtzel always
tells people that All About Baby® started because of a mistake. Shortly
after Nancy gave birth to her daughter Katherine in 1993, she ordered
Katie a personalized birthday scroll by mail order. When the item
arrived, Nancy and her husband were both disappointed with the quality
and appearance of the product. “I was expecting a beautiful scroll,
but the paper and design looked cheap, ” recalls Nancy. “We also
found the copy about current events to be poorly written and not
completely accurate.” Even worse was the fact that some of the
personalized information was wrong. Since there was no phone number
listed on any of the enclosed literature, Nancy couldn’t even call to
voice her concerns. “My first reaction was that buying this product
had been a big mistake, ” she says. “Then after giving it some more
thought, I realized that the concept was a good one. However, I felt
that I could create a more attractive, accurate certificate, and I
certainly could provide better customer service.” Nancy began
researching the market and found that indeed there was a niche that
wasn’t being filled. With her background in marketing, she started to
plan a career shift from corporate consulting to small business owner.
The process took over 18 months, but finally Nancy launched All About
Baby® out of her family room. Not surprisingly, the company’s first
product was a personalized birthday scroll that she named Babyography®.
“It’s been challenging, sometimes exhausting, but never boring,”
says Nancy. “I’m a very can-do type of person, which serves me well,
and I really am very committed to making my business a success.”
Nancy’s daughter is now 8 years old. Katie sometimes helps out on
weekends doing small tasks such as stamping letters or folding flyers.
Operating her own business and having a home office allows Nancy the
flexibility to work until early afternoon and then pick Katie up from
school each day. “Since I don’t have to punch a clock, I can
volunteer at school, take part in class field trips and always be there
to help with homework,” Nancy says. Late afternoons and evenings,
Nancy can usually be found back in the office returning phone calls and
checking email messages. On weekends, she spends a few hours working on
expanding the business. A few years ago, Nancy began adding more gift
items to the All About Baby® line, and the company now features tooth
fairy pillows and ceramics, piggy banks, books, wooden hangers, cookie
making sets, personalized picture frames and more. In January 2002, All
About Baby made a major leap when the company launched a Distributor
program, allowing others to own their own business and sell All About
Baby products in their local communities. Within a month, All About Baby®
had signed its first five Distributors. For more information go to http://www.allbaby.com

MOMS
WIN
Hello, my name is Elsa and I am from Northeast, Ohio. I became a stay-
at-home mom little over 3 years ago, this is when I had my son. When my
daughter was around 4 months and my son was 2 years old is when I stumbled
across my business opportunity. I mean stumbled, my husband and I were
in debt but we where not sure which way to turn. You see my WHY is my children and promised to myself that I would not go back to work at all.
I happened to be at another message board when I saw the ad.
I listened to the whole presentation and I found that this was so interesting.
The biggest thing that appealed to me was the flexibility and the fact that I didn't have to stock products, sell, have inventory, and the invest
was low and guaranteed.
So I went for it not really knowing what I was getting myself into and went full force. I have now been in with this
opportunity for little over a year, I have replaced my income and am on my way to replace my
husband's income. Funny, my husband is now doing the business, it is amazing when they see it working how quickly they turn their heads.
You know when I first started this business it was all about money and not much more but this business has given me back so much. I am a very
shy person, not one to get in front of people or on the phone but over the last year I have really grown. I have grown so much out of my comfort
zone and can handle situations better, speak better, feel much more confident
about myself and so much more. I could never express in words what this
business had given back to me or the women that I work with.
I have also learned that you control your own destiny and everyone deserves
to have it all you just need to believe in yourself. I had so much negativity
around me when I started and I didn't let them let to me, I continue to
let my WHY drive me and be successful.
So you see no matter what people say, always believe in yourself, trust that you are making the right choice.
As usually, I get off base but you know what no matter what business,
opportunity, job you decide on make sure you can grow with it and it gives
you something back in return not just the income. Money pays the bills but emotional well being makes you happy and
satisfied.
